A Southern winter is an interesting thing: Sometimes it’s hot and sometimes it’s cold, and usually those temperature changes happen within the same week! That’s why it’s nice to have this refreshing apple cider-type drink that can be enjoyed hot or cold. It has incredible health benefits, so it’s a great treat to add in to your family’s rotation.
Served cold, we like to add this to a bottle so it can be easily grabbed from the fridge or carried in the car. If you’re enjoying it hot, drink it from a mug but don’t bottle it.
24 oz Spring water
8 oz fresh organic apple juice
1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg’s brand is our fave)
1-2 TBS raw local honey
4 drops lemon OR thieves OR cinnamon bark
Mix well. Enjoy!
